OUR STORY

Atletica Academy, established in 2017, as one of the 1st private gymnastics academies in Egypt.
Atletica Academy is the 1st Sports Academy to introduce the sport of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG) in Egypt

Atletica’s main objective is to build a capable, self-confident &
self-motivated generation of gymnasts who enjoy practicing the sport of Gymnastics in a stress-free & emotionally stable environment!

Atletica’s Vision We aim at providing a healthier mental & physical training for our gymnasts, using professional standards to guarantee high-quality training objectives are met.

License and Accreditation Atletica Academy is registered & approved by both the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation and the Ministry of Sports and is the 1st Egyptian member of the International Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics IFAGG

OUR FOUNDER & RG HEAD COACH

Our head coach & founder of RHYTHM-FITprogram Sarah Sherif who is a former international Rhythmic Gymnast
and member of the Egyptian National Team. During her career, she won 1st place in several Egyptian National
Competitions, won 2nd place in the African-Championship in 2002 and presented Egypt in many international
championships in Bulgaria, France, Belgium, Japan and Algeria and the 2006 Corbeil-Essonnes World Cup. After 16 dedicated years to the sport as a gymnast, Sarah
shifted her dedication to coaching and judging.

Sarah is a certified International Rhythmic Gymnastics judge and a
certified international UGI Fitness Instructor. 1st certified International Aesthetic Group Gymnastics judge in Egypt and Africa.

In July 2019 Our Head Coach, Ms. Sarah Sherif, finished
her International FIG Coaching Academy Certificate Level 2 with the highest scores among all Egyptian and
Non-Egyptian coaches.

JEHISEL VILLATA

OUR FOREIGN EXPERT

An exceptional athlete from El Salvador with a high level of experience in rhythmic gymnastics. Ms.
Jehisel has been a part of the Atletica Academy community since 2020. She has won many
international games and is regionally recognized as an outstanding athlete in Central America, with 12
years of experience as a coach, training national and international gold medal winners. She was awarded with a Recognition of Gymnastics of El Salvador
(FSGG). Recognition as a trainer of national
champions by the Federation of Gymnastics of El Salvador (FSG).

SEIF ASSER SHERIF

OUR TRAMPOLINE HEAD COACH

Seif recently participated in the Tokyo 2020
International Olympics and ranked 10th place in the
trampoline gymnastics event. He ranked 62 individual and 22 synchro in the world championship in 2017. Seif Asser is a former international artistic gymnast born in
April 1995, and a member of the Egyptian national team from 2006 till 2010 before switching to trampoline
gymnastics. As an artistic gymnast, Seif won and competed in many national championships and
international world cups.

In 2010 Seif switched to Trampoline Gymnastics and
became one of the first gymnasts to form the Egyptian national team in Egypt and has been ranked 1st place
in every national competition for 7 years in a row.

AMR ASSER SHERIF

OUR ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS HEAD COACH

Former international artistic gymnastic athlete and
member of the Egyptian National Team in both junior and senior levels, he pursued his sports career in
gymnastics for 20 years of solid experience, competed and presented Egypt in international world tournaments as in Ukraine “Stella Zakharova Cup” in 2012. Also won 1st place in the Arab Championship held in Egypt in
2004. He also achieved a remarkable record winning 1st place in both national and regional completions in Egypt during his career in both junior & senior levels.
He also participated in worldwide international training camps in France, Hungary, Bulgaria & Ukraine.

After 20 years of dedication in gymnastics, Amr
continued his sports career as a fitness guru and a successful marketer in different industry sectors as
BNP Paribas, Vodafone, Procter & Gamble, Groupe SEB.
